Can I enroll family members or friends under my account?

We currently do not offer family or group plans, but you can always order products using your codes for family and friends as gifts.

I recently cancelled but changed my mind, what should I do?

First of all, we are glad that you realize the benefit of being a Healthy-Finds member. For membership reactivation, just call 1-866-949-7949 between 10:00am – 8:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, for assistance.

Membership Payment

Can I pay by check and routing number if I do not have a credit card?

For your utmost convenience and ease in processing transactions, we currently do not accept this method of payment.

How often will I be charged?

The Healthy Finds Savings Program is only $7 per month, which will automatically be debited from your credit card every 30 days.

How do I switch which credit card I want to be billed under?

Simply call 1-866-949-7949 between 10:00am – 8:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, for assistance.

How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

When you check your credit card statement, the charge will appear as HEALTHY FINDS 866-9497949.

Is order number the same as my account number?

Your electronic receipt will indicate two different numbers: order number and customer number. The customer number is a permanent number assigned to you while the order number will change with each order you place on the site.

What if I want to cancel?

If you do not wish to continue with the membership, you only have to give due notice of cancellation via phone or e-mail within the first 30 days or current month so that you will not be charged in the succeeding month/s.

Gift Cards

What can I use $60 towards, is it $20, $30 and $10 gift cards or can I split it up to my choice?

The $60 in free gift cards is broken down as follows: $20 Healthy-Finds gift card on selected brands and for the remaining value of $40, you will be given four $10 gift cards to use on the other brands that we offer.

Can I combine all the gift cards to one brand purchase?

One gift card can be used on only one brand. The good news is that you will be given a total of 5 gift cards of different denominations plus they are good for one year so you can take your time choosing the best brands for you.

Delivery / Receipt of Gift Cards

How soon will I receive my Gift Cards?

Your Free $20 Healthy-Finds Gift Card and your four $10 Healthy-Finds Gift Cards are delivered to your inbox within just 10 minutes of joining the Healthy Finds Savings Program.

How and where will I receive my Gift Cards?

An email will be sent to the email address you have provided.

What should I do if I do not receive my Gift Cards in my inbox?

Codes

Can I save my codes?

You can save and use the codes provided to you for as long as you remain a Healthy-Finds member. Some stores may have specific directions on code usage though so make sure you check the Gift Card page for additional requirements by brand.

When do my codes expire?

For as long as you are a Healthy-Finds member, you can use the codes provided to you. Most of the codes do not expire. There are just some brands which have specific directions on code usage which you will know upon receipt of their Wellness Gift Card code.

It normally takes up to two weeks for processing.
